Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for size or product issues
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact
  • To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at [your number] or email at walkwithashoka@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of refund approval
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Products damaged due to misuse
